The project automatically enrolled some 700,000 residents into the My Health Record System between July 1 and July 15, 2016 unless they opt-outed by May 27. The project was part of an ‘opt-out’ trial covering approximately 1,000,000 individuals resident within 2 Primary Health Networks.
