The project aimed at enrolling up to 25,000 individuals in the Brisbane and Ipswich region, supporting hospital to GP and GP to hospital communications for specific patient cohorts. There were to be four key areas using IHIs to support electronic exchange of information:

Prescriptions
Referrals
