This project aimed to test the roll out of GP software capable of recording the IHI and using it for the secure sending of and receiving of electronic communications such as referrals and discharge plans; also to provide a foundation for increased electronic sharing of health records to a shared repository.
The project was to include a rollout of smart forms and decision making support for e-referrals
