Project Description |
The project will aim to implement test the roll out of GP software which capable of recording the IHI and using it for the secure sending of and receiving of electronic communications such as referrals and discharge plans; provide a foundation for increased electronic sharing of health records to a shared repository. Include a rollout of smart forms and decision making support for e-referrals |
